Dada trip

Cliff left yesterday for a work trip. He told J and A before nap time that he was going on a work trip and that he loved them.

Ever since, A has been saying "dada work" and "dada trip". Her inflection is priceless.

We are having so much fun getting to know you. You have been with us for 8 weeks and it us hard to remember a time when you weren't here.

You are so sweet and easy going. You are starting to coo and smile a little. You rarely cry and are generally very content. You eat great, sleep great... You are so calm and collected. You are so beautiful. I love being your mom. I love you, sweet Anna. You are perfect in every way.

On our walk last week, you picked two flowers. You handed them to me and said for Anna. It was so sweet. It warmed my heart.

We were doing tummy time with Anna and you were encouraging her so sweetly - Good job, Anna! Way to go! You love your sister.

I also heard you having a conversation with yourself the other evening. You kept saying "throw" and "drop". I think you were trying to reconcile the difference between the two words. You are so smart.
